Next I want to take chicken breast this is boneless and skinless and it's goingto flatten down a little bit it doesn't have to be but that's just the way this one is.

And we're going to cut it to you can cut it to strips you can cut it into chunks whateveryou like so since this is flatten already it maybe better to cut it into strips.

Becauseit's already flatten out and the strips will look nicer than a chunk will right now sowe'll just make these somewhat even in size and do the other one the same way.
