i am keeping a mud vessel on the stove i am lighting the stove Pour water sufficient for boiling eggs.
add one by one eggs into water for boiling In the meanwhile , we will cut the vegetables Initially As we said its mint and egg curry we will use more of pudina we will cut the cleaned mint leaves now we will cut green chillies cut the onions onions are to be sliced vertically Slice the tomatoes put the vessel containing boiling eggs on other stove in the meanwhile we can start, the rest of the process lets light the adjacent stove now place the boiling eggs vessel on the adjacent stove eggs will get boiled in the meanwhile place a mud vessel in another stove this vessel got heated well now lets add oil in it quantity of oil we add should be sufficient for frying now we will add seasoning spices seasoning spices got fried well now we will add green chillies which we had cut previously now we will add sliced onions now add little turmeric powder add little chilli powder as we already added green chillies so little chilli powder is sufficient even mint also taste's strong now add tomatoes add tamarind juice mix the contents even tamarind juice also got mixed well add sufficient salt add water now add thinly sliced mint leaves as we added tamarind juice ,, lets pour little more water eggs must have boiled by now place the boiled eggs in a separate bowl place the eggs in a bowl with water peel the outer shell of the eggs peeled eggs are kept in a different bowl cut the boiled eggs into half and add into curry so.
