Welcome to TRADITIONAL FOODS In Traditional Foods , today we are preparing Beans fry Ingredients needed are BEANS TOMATOES CORIANDER POWDER GREEN CHILLIES SALT ONIONS RED CHILLI POWDER SEASONING SPICES CURRY LEAVES CORIANDER LEAVES TURMERIC POWDER DRY RED CHILLIES OIL GARLIC Initially ,, lets cut beans and tomatoes 1st cut the beans.
now lets cut the tomatoes cut the onions slit the green chillies light the stove.
Add sufficient quantity of water for boiling beans add the cut beans into the water add little quantity of salt in this for beans to get boiled.
Takes nearly 15 min In the meanwhile i will do tempering add oil for 1 min leave the oil to get heated As our oil got heated ,, now add seasoning spices add green chillies mix the contents now add onions add little quantity of salt add turmeric powder add garlic pieces mix the contents add curry leaves mix the contents it will take 3 min for onions to get fried onions have got fried ,,now add tomatoes mix the contents For tomatoes to get cooked.
Will take 5 minutes time tomatoes have nicely cooked.
Now add the boiled beans into this mix all the ingredients well.
add coriander powder add salt add water mix the contents add chilli powder mix the contents leave this for 3 min,,, to get cooked Beans fry is finished.
now add coriander for garnishing Our beans fry is ready.
