Now we are going to prepare PEPPER SOUP Now.

lets see how to prepare this Ingredients needed are.

SALT TOMATOES CORIANDER LEAVES BLACK PEPPER RED CHILLIES CUMIN SEEDS TURMERIC POWDER CURRY LEAVES TAMARIND OIL Initially.

We should soak tamarind in water.

For that put tamarind in a bowl Along with tamarind we should smash tomatoes also add curry leaves also in the same bowl add water into that bowl.

Now smash the tomatoes now we finished the procedure of soaking.

we should make pepper powder now.

Needed for soup take some pepper seeds into mortar and pestle them to powder Add little water in between.

add some curry leaves into the mortar and grind them.

Using pestle pepper seeds have grinded well.

light the stove and put a vessel on it.

In the meanwhile lets squeeze tamarind well and keep it.

PEPPER SOUP is very good for digestion This is very famous in chennai.

Everyone will like this pepper soup.

lets add oil.

3 table spoons oil should get heated well.

we should wait till the oil gets heated now oil has been heated.

add RED CHILLIES into oil add MUSTARD SEEDS add cumin seeds.

Add curry leaves.

how much ever we add that much tasty the soup will be.

curry leaves are good for health also.

mix them.

red chillies have fried well.

take previously soaked bowl with tamarind ,smashed tomatoes and curry leaves.

add all the contents of that bowl in to seasoning.

add water.

depending on how much we require for soup add the paste which we grinded previously add turmeric powder we can add some more water in this also Now almost everything is finished.

even seasoning also Main speciality of this is.

we should remove this from the stove before it gets boiled.

Why ???? Because if we do like this.

Then only it will help in digestion After eating any oil foods.

if we have this soup or we can pour in a glass and drink it also there will be no problem.

only thing is it should get over boiled so we should only boil for 5 minutes Now this has started to get boiled.

as it should not get over boiled we should off the stove now now add Coriander leaves in this very nice smell is comming from this.

Now PEPPER SOUP is ready.

As i said before we can eat or drink this in any way we can eat this with rice or drink in a glass Very good for digestion Now i will add of some this soup into a bowl will drink and tell you how the taste is.
